H2O is a “livable community,” with an emphasis on low impact development and
environmental, social, and economic sustainability. H2O Urban Waterfront District is being created under the principles of New
Urbanism and Smart Growth. The H2O Development Team concentrates on creating communities that enhance the lives of those living
within them, as well as creating a beautiful place. The neighborhood is near the downtown area of Nashville, TN, and provides
ample office space to meet one’s “working” needs. The H2O mixed-use development will contain 216,798 sq. ft. of retail, 124,476 sq. ft.
of office space and a 150-room boutique hotel, along with the 854,559 sq. ft. of living space.
